Someone who is obsessed with Korean culture (not north, but south) and talks about them non-stop. Probably won't see them ever again, because while you are reading this, they have immigrated to Seoul.

Koreaboo는 K-pop 같은 한국 문화를 너무 좋아해서 한국에 관한 것이라면 무조건 좋아하는 사람을 뜻해요.

obsessed (with)는 누군가, 무언가에 푹 빠져서 계속 그 생각만 할 때를 말해요.
아이돌 그룹에 푹 빠져있는 사람을 표현할 때 사용할 수 있어요.
"She is obsessed with Exo."
이렇게요.
좋은 의미는 아니기 때문에  당사자 앞에서 사용하지 않는 게 좋대요.
Law&Order SVU에서 스토커가 피해자에게 집착할 때도"He is obsessed with her."라고 하더라고요.
